Destiny Drive Logistics operates as an independent dispatch service and does not own, lease, or operate any trucks. We do not guarantee load availability, specific rates, or revenue outcomes.
The carrier/driver remains solely responsible for compliance with all industry regulations, including but not limited to FMCSA and DOT requirements.
We are not liable for delays, losses, damages, cancellations by brokers or shippers, or legal or regulatory violations committed by carriers.
7. Information Sharing & Privacy
Information may be shared with third parties only when necessary to perform dispatch services—such as brokers and shippers for load coordination, SMS providers for communication, or government authorities when legally required. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a user:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
- Engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity
- Fails to meet payment obligations
